The smoky paneer tikka paired with either chai or cocktails can elevate the whole experience. Even if you don’t have a tandoor, you can still make paneer tikka in an air fryer or oven with this easy recipe.
250 gms paneer 1/2 cup dahi 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp besan 1 tbsp mustard oil Salt to taste
Mix dahi, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, besan, mustard oil, and salt.
Marinate cubed paneer pieces in the mixture and let them rest for at least an hour.
Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill, roast, or bake as you prefer.
Once golden brown, transfer to a serving tray. Pair with your favourite chutney and enjoy.
