How To Make Palak Chips & Trick Yourself Into Eating Greens

Sometimes, we wonder if there is any healthy alternative to munching on chips. There is. Try these palak chips, which are not only crunchy but give you your daily green intake even when you don’t want to.

Ingredients

Blanched spinach leaves 6 green chillies 10 - 12 garlic cloves 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 bowls of all-purpose flour 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1

Grind the blanched spinach leaves. Add in garlic cloves, green chillies and cumin seeds. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, pour the paste and flour. Knead the dough thoroughly.  Make one big round roti.

Step 3

Cut into small circles one by one. Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Once hot, fry palak chips until crispy. Remove from heat. Let it cool.

Step 5

Sprinkle salt, pepper, and red chilli powder for taste. Serve with tea, coffee or as snacks!

Step 6

Place the chips in an airtight glass or plastic container. Store in a cool and dry place away from the gas stove.
