How To Make One-Pan Chilli Garlic Eggs For Easy Protein

This is a delicious recipe for all egg lovers. One-pan chilli garlic eggs are an excellent technique to achieve all of your protein goals. This recipe mixes the comfort of eggs with the zing of garlic and chilli oil to make your meals more lively!

Ingredients

2 eggs 1 teaspoon of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of chilli oil 1 teaspoon of vinegar ½ teaspoon of ketchup 1.5 teaspoons of water ½ teaspoon of corn flour A splash of sesame oil 2 -4 teaspoons of gochugaru sauce 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds 1 onion, sliced Chopped green spring onions 3 -4 cloves garlic, chopped, thinly sliced

Step 1

Make the sauce. Mix in soy sauce, vinegar, chilli oil, garlic,  ketchup, water and corn flour. Set aside.

Step 2

In a pan, heat some sesame oil. Add the gochugaru sauce and sesame seeds. Sauté it for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add in the chopped onions, green spring onions and garlic cloves. Cook until onions are translucent.

Step 4

Once the garlic has browned, crack open the eggs into the pan.

Step 5

Once the eggs begin to cook, pour in the sauce.  Let it simmer until it thickens.

Step 6

Remove from heat. Serve with bread or have it separately.
