How To Make Mumbai-Style Chinese Bhel At Home In 7 Easy Steps

Crispy, crunchy, and tasty, Chinese bhel is a flavourful dish which can be served any time of the day. The recipe is easy to make at home and can be prepared quickly.

Ingredients

1 cup wheat noodles, boiled and fried 2 carrots, thinly sliced 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced 10 green beans, thinly sliced 2 teaspoons of soy sauce 2 teaspoons of red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup Salt, to taste Whole black peppercorns, crushed 2 sprigs of coriander leaves, chopped

Step 1

Boil the noodles in a saucepan with hot water, a little oil and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Add oil, French beans and carrot strips in the saucepan and saute them for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Include green capsicum strips and mix them again for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add cabbage strips, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, and salt to the pan.

Step 5

Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Deep fry the boiled noodles until they turn golden brown.

Step 6

Crumble them using your hands. Add the vegetable mixture. Blend them again for a few minutes.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve crispy and crunchy Chinese bhel.
