How To Make Moti Chur Laddu: Get The Perfect Boondi In 5 Easy Steps

Moti chur laddus that feature the bright orange or yellow coloured boondi perfectly bound together, that just melt in your mouth. Why don’t you make the festive sweet at home, and that too in just 5 steps?

Ingredients

1 cup besan 1/4 cup ghee 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands Sliced almonds or pistachios for garnish

Step 1

Boil some water and add sugar. Let it simmer till you get a thread-like consistency. Set aside.

Step 2

Mix besan and ghee to make a crumbly texture.

Step 3

Heat some oil in a kadhai. Scoop small portions of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown.

Step 4

In another bowl, mix boondi, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Add sugar syrup and coat the laddus.

Step 5

Shape the mixture into small laddus. Garnish with sliced almonds or pistachios and serve.
