Mornings can be hectic, and skipping breakfast is never recommended. Recipes like mixed vegetable chilla are perfect for such busy days. They need little preparation and can be cooked quickly. Check out how the recipe is made.
2 cups rava 1 cup curd 1.5 cups water 1/2 cup carrot, capsicum 1/2 cup onion, cabbage 1/2 cup chopped boiled corn Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli flakes 2 tsp fruit salt Ghee/butter as needed
Soak rava with curd and water and keep it aside.
Thoroughly wash the vegetables and chop them.
Add the chopped vegetables to the rava mixture and sprinkle salt and red chilli flakes.
Heat a griddle on medium heat. Add fruit salt to the mixture and stir gently.
Spread a thin layer of the batter on the griddle.
Cook the chilla on both sides until golden. Serve hot with juice or coffee.
