Craving a crispy snack to pair with your evening tea is natural. But instead of relying on a store-bought bag of chips, which are filled with preservatives and artificial flavours, you can munch on millet chips.
1 cup ragi flour 1.5 tablespoons ghee 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons Italian herbs 1 teaspoon chilli flakes Water, as required
Mix ragi flour, ghee, salt, Italian herbs, and chilli flakes to make a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into two halves. Lightly flour the surface and roll each half into thin sheets.
Cut the sheets into your preferred chip shapes. Bake or fry the chips as you choose.
Let the chips cook down, and then sprinkle with chilli flakes, chaat masala, etc.
Serve and store the rest in an air-tight container.
