Mangoes are one of the best parts of summer that everyone looks up to. To preserve the sweetness and taste of mangoes, you can make mango jam at home and pair it with your breakfast and desserts.
4 cups chopped mangoes 3 cups powdered sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Start by peeling and chopping the ripe mangoes.
Heat a pan, add the chopped mangoes and sugar, and let it simmer for about half an hour.
When the jam thickens, reduce the heat and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and some lemon juice and vanilla extract for preservation and flavour.
Once the jam is thoroughly mixed, transfer it into air-tight containers and refrigerate.
