How To Make Mango Cheesecake, The Summer Special Dessert

Cheesecakes are the new favourite desserts for people because of their flavour. To give the dessert a summer twist, you can add the king of fruits – mango to it. Here’s a simple recipe to make mango cheesecake at home.

Ingredients

For The Crust: Cookie crumbs - 1.5 cups Butter - 1/3 cup Sugar - 2 tablespoons For The Cheesecake Filling: Cream cheese - 1 cup Pureed mangoes - 1.5 cups Eggs - 2 Sugar - 3/4 cup Heavy cream - 1/4 cup Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Prepare the crust by mixing cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar. Bake for five to ten minutes till the crust is set.

Step 2

Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and eggs with a blender. Then, mix in heavy creamy and pureed mangoes till you get a uniform filling.

Step 3

Pour the filling on the baked crust and bake the cheesecake for about an hour.

Step 4

Let it cool, and then refrigerate for at least four hours.

Step 5

You can also garnish with mango slices and whipped cream and then serve.
