Hari chutney, made with a blend of coriander and mint leaves, can be easily made at home. Whether you want to pair it with South Indian snacks or your meals, follow this recipe to make the chutney at home.
2 cups coriander leaves 1 cup mint leaves 2-4 green chillies 1-inch ginger 2 garlic cloves 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice Salt to taste Water as required
Rinse and pat dry coriander and mint leaves. Chop green chillies, ginger, and garlic.
Blend all the ingredients and water to get a smooth chutney.
Add lemon juice and blend again.
Pour into an air-tight jar and serve it with every South Indian snack.
