Hara bhara kebab is a vegetarian’s go-to healthy snacking option. Made with a mix of veggies like palak, peas, potatoes, etc, here’s how to make the snack at home. Air fry or shallow fry to make it healthier.
2 cups spinach leaves 1 cup boiled peas 2 potatoes 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup chopped coriander 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon garlic-ginger paste 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste
Boil and mash potatoes, blanch spinach leaves, boil the peas, and mix with coriander leaves.
Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and mix everything together.
Mix in breadcrumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into circular kebabs.
You can choose to fry, grill, or even bake the kebabs till crispy. Serve with a chutney.
