Homemade Greek-style yoghurt is so easy to do at home with just milk and yoghurt or yoghurt culture for the plain version. Here's how to make it.
Full-fat whole milk, as needed Yoghurt, as needed
Heat the milk to 180°F.
Let it cool at a temperature of 110°F.
Add the plain yoghurt to the milk. Set it aside. Let it activate.
Strain to remove extra water. Place it in the oven for a few seconds until the mixture is gel-like. Serve Greek yoghurt.
