Ingredients

½ cup bottle gourd (chopped into small pieces) 1 tomato, cut into two halves ½ onion, cut into two halves ½ tsp olive oil or cooking oil 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt, to taste 1 tsp black pepper powder

Step 1

Pressure-cook the bottle gourd, onion, and tomato.

Step 2

Set it for 2-3 whistles. It will turn tender.

Step 3

Once done, blend the vegetables and prepare a smooth and creamy paste.

Step 4

Pour olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds for tadka.

Step 5

Add the lauki paste to the pan and cook everything together for 1-2 minutes.

Step 6

Serve hot, sprinkled with salt and black pepper.
