Brownies are one of the go-to desserts for all sweet tooths. They can be enjoyed with a scoop of ice cream or a hot chocolate sauce. So, follow this eggless brownie recipe and get the gooey dessert.
1 cup maida ¼ cup cocoa powder ¾ cup powdered sugar ½ tsp baking powder A pinch of salt ½ cup milk ½ cup butter 1 tsp vanilla essence ½ cup dark chocolate, melted ¼ cup chopped nuts
Preheat the oven and prepare a baking tray.
Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add milk, melted chocolate, and vanilla essence.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chopped nuts.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Don't overbake, or you'll lose that fudgy goodness.
Let the brownies cool. Cut them into slices and enjoy.
