Dahi kebab is a creamy, tangy, and mildly spiced snack made with hung curd and simple Indian spices. It offers a soft, melt-in-mouth texture and works perfectly as a vegetarian starter for parties or evening cravings.
1 cup hung curd ½ cup grated paneer 2 tbsp roasted besan 2 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tbsp chopped green chillies ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste Oil for shallow frying
Mix the hung curd, paneer, besan, coriander, chillies, garam masala and salt into a soft dough.
Shape the mixture into small tikkis.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
Shallow fry the kebabs until golden on both sides.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
