How To Make Dahi Kebab: Crispy Snack Made With Dahi And Paneer

Dahi kebab is one of the healthier snacks that you can have without the lingering guilt. Made primarily with dahi, paneer, and a blend of spices, dahi kebabs can also be air-fried to minimise the use of oil.

Ingredients

1 cup dahi 1/2 cup paneer 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped capsicum 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp green chilli paste 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp breadcrumbs Oil as required

Step 1

Mix dahi, paneer, onions, capsicum, ginger paste, chilli paste, and all the spices.

Step 2

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cornflour. Coat the patties with this mixture.

Step 4

Refrigerate the coated patties for about 20 minutes.

Step 5

Air-fry to make crispy dahi kebabs. Serve with a spicy chutney.
