Learn how to make golden crispy corn, a quick and irresistible snack in which corn kernels are coated with flour, deep fried and tossed with fresh veggies and tangy spices.
2 cups corn kernels 4 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp rice flour 1 tsp chilli powder Salt & pepper to taste Oil for frying For Garnish: Chopped onion, capsicum, coriander, chaat masala, lemon juice
If using fresh corn, boil the kernels in water for 3-4 minutes, drain the water, and let them cool.
Take a mixing bowl and toss the corn in cornflour, rice flour, chilli powder, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the corn until it turns crispy and golden, then drain the excess oil.
Mix the fried corn with chaat masala veggies and lemon juice!
