Corn chilla is a delicious and healthy Indian dish made with sweet corn, besan, and spices. It’s light, flavourful, and perfect for breakfast or an evening snack.
1 cup blended sweet corn ½ cup blended besan ¼ cup chopped onion 1 chopped green chilli 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp turmeric powder Water as required Oil as required for cooking
Mix sweet corn, besan, onion, chilli, coriander, salt, turmeric, and water to make a smooth batter.
Heat a greased non-stick pan on medium flame.
Pour and spread a ladleful of batter into a round chilla.
Cook on both sides until golden brown, adding oil if required.
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
