Packed with nutritional value and easy to make versatile using a variety of toppings, chia puddings are a low-effort breakfast option for days when cooking seems impossible. Fruit, granola, muesli or just a scoop of peanut butter is all one needs to elevate this simple preparation.
½ cup coconut milk 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder Fresh strawberries, for topping 1 tablespoon sliced almonds ¼ cup granola Coconut flakes, for garnish
Add the maple syrup or honey to the coconut milk and stir to combine.
Tip in the chia seeds, mix well and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
Sprinkle the cinnamon powder, sliced almonds, berries, granola and coconut flakes before serving cold or at room temperature.
