You must have spotted pit stops in Punjab where volunteers serve chilled chabeel to travellers on roadsides. Truly refreshing, you can also make the rose-flavoured chabeel in under 5 minutes at home.
4 cups chilled water 2 cups milk 1/2 cup rose syrup 1 cup ice cubes
Take a jar and make sure the water and milk are chilled to make the chabeel.
Mix water, milk, rose syrup, and sugar till they are thoroughly mixed.
Stir in the ice cubes and refrigerate till the time of serving.
