Cheesecakes are now the go-to options of Gen Z wherever they step into a cafe. Complementing the mouth-melting cream cheese, a crunchy layer of biscuits makes Biscoff cheesecakes a huge hit.
1 ½ cups crushed Biscoff ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup butter, melted 3 cups cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar ½ cup sour cream 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt 5-6 Biscoff for garnish
Prepare the crust by mixing Biscoff crumbs, butter, and sugar. Bake for five to ten minutes.
Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and eggs with a blender.
Mix in heavy cream and lemon juice till you get a uniform filling.
Pour the filling on the baked crust and bake the cheesecake for about an hour.
Refrigerate for a few hours. Garnish with halved Biscoff, slice, and serve.
