Biscoff cheesecake brings in the goodness of the crumbly cracker layer with mouth-melting cream cheese perfectly chilled to please your sweet tooth. To skip the overpriced cafe versions, try this recipe.
For the Crust: 1 ½ cups Biscoff crumbs ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup butter, melted For the Filling: 3 cups cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar ½ cup sour cream 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt
Prepare the crust by mixing Biscoff crumbs, butter, and sugar. Bake for five to ten minutes.
Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and eggs with a blender.
Mix in heavy cream and lemon juice till you get a uniform filling.
Pour the filling on the baked crust and bake the cheesecake for about an hour.
Let it cool, and then refrigerate for at least four hours. Garnish with toppings and serve.
