Bajra, or pearl millet, is a protein and fibre-rich ingredient that is perfect to add to your meals. By swapping rice with bajra ka atta, you can make a gluten-free dosa and enjoy a millet-forward meal.
1.5 cups bajra atta 4 cups water 1 onion 2 green chillies 2 tablespoons coriander - Curry leaves, as per preference Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Make a fresh batter with bajra flour and water.
Add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and ensure there are no lumps. Let the batter rest.
Heat a pan, pour some oil and cook a spoonful of dosa batter till it’s crisp.
Serve the bajra dosa with sambar or chutney.
