Homemade Baileys is a smooth Irish-style cream liqueur made by blending cream, whisky, coffee and chocolate. It is often served over ice, stirred into coffee, or used in desserts during the holiday season and New Year’s Eve gatherings. The balance between sweetness and alcohol keeps it rich without feeling heavy.
1 cup fresh cream ½ cup condensed milk ½ cup Irish whisky 2 tbsp chocolate syrup 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add cream, condensed milk, whisky, chocolate syrup, coffee and vanilla to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and well combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness or coffee strength if needed.
Transfer to a bottle, refrigerate, and shake before serving.
