Looking for a healthy option for desserts? This chocolate carrot cake is super easy to make and one of the best ways to get productive!
1 cup of melted dark chocolate 800g of cooked carrots, chopped One circular mould or pan
First, steam and boil the chopped carrots until completely soft and mushy.
Melt the dark chocolate. Use a double-boiler method for smooth, melted chocolate.
Pour the cooked carrots into the melted chocolate. Mix it. You can also use a food processor or mixer grinder to save time.
Pour this mixture into the mould or cake pan. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
Remove from the fridge. Remove from the mould or cake pan gently. Cut dense and fudgy chocolate carrot cake and serve!
