This simple chikoo milkshake recipe is creamy, rich, and brimming with chikoo's tropical flavour, making it the perfect taste of paradise on a hot day.

Ingredients

2 tbsp of milkmaid ¾ cup chilled milk 2 medium-sized chikoos, peeled and chopped Ice cubes, as needed ½ a chopped chikoo, separately set aside, for garnish Tall serving glasses

Step 1

Make sure the chikoos are ripe. Add them to the blender.

Step 2

Add the milkmaid. Add some ice. Give it a blend.  Add the milk. Blend the mixture for a minute.

Step 3

Take two tall serving glasses, add ice cubes. Pour the chikoo milkshake into the glass.

Step 4

Add chopped chikoos on top. Serve chikoo milkshake!

Step 5

For a creamier and more decadent variation, top your shake with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
