Freshly baked brownie with a shiny crackled top, molten chocolate centre, and cold vanilla ice cream creates that restaurant-style spoonful everyone fights over. Warm, gooey, chilled, creamy, every bite hits perfectly and disappears fast.
1 cup chopped dark chocolate 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a small baking tin with parchment paper for easy removal later.
Melt butter and dark chocolate together until glossy, then whisk in sugar until slightly thickened.
Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each, for a smooth, shiny batter.
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt gently, without overmixing, to keep the brownies fudgy.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, cool briefly, slice warm, and top generously with vanilla ice cream.
