Stuffed paratha is a traditional Indian flatbread made by filling wheat dough with a spiced mixture of potatoes, paneer, or vegetables. It is cooked on a tawa with ghee or oil until crisp and golden.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tsp salt Water as needed 2 boiled potatoes (mashed) 1 onion (finely chopped) 2 green chillies (chopped) ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp ghee or oil
Prepare dough with wheat flour, salt, and water. Rest for 20 minutes. Mix mashed potatoes with onions, chillies, spices, and coriander to make the filling.
Roll out dough balls, place filling in the centre, seal, and roll again. Heat a tawa, cook paratha with ghee until golden on both sides.
Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
