Homemade Protein Shake For Fitness Enthusiasts

People buy protein shake powders from the market, investing a huge amount of money without knowing what goes into making and preserving them. Why splurge when you can make it at home? Here is a recipe fitness enthusiasts must try.

Ingredients

20 almonds 18-20 cashews 20 peanuts 18-20 pecans 7-8 walnuts 1 tbsp papaya seeds 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp flaxseeds Fruits of your choice ½ cup yoghurt 1 glass of milk

Step 1

Dry roast dry fruits and seeds in a pan and keep them aside to cool off.

Step 2

Turn them into a smooth powder blend.

Step 3

Add high-protein veggies or fruits to the mixer grinder.

Step 4

Add yoghurt and milk to the blend and blitz the ingredients.

Step 5

Add a tablespoon of protein powder and mix again.

Step 6

Pour it into a glass and enjoy.
