Nothing can beat a soft, homemade paneer pyaaz ka paratha topped with white butter. Perfect to start your winter mornings, here’s a Punjabi recipe to make the stuffed paratha in no time.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup grated paneer 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Water as needed
Mix atta, grated paneer, chopped onion, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add water and knead the dough till smooth.
Divide the dough into ball-sized portions. Roll into thin circles.
Heat a tawa and cook on both sides till golden brown. Brush with ghee.
Serve hot with achaar and dahi.
