Homemade Ginger Cinnamon Tea Perfect For Monsoon Evenings

Ginger cinnamon tea is rich in antioxidants, perfect for boosting immunity during the monsoon. Enjoy its warm, soothing flavours on rainy evenings.

Ingredients

2 slices Ginger 2 Cinnamon sticks 1 Star anise 2 Cloves 2 Cardamom pods 1 tbsp Honey 500 ml Water

Step 1

Heat water in a pan and add ginger slices, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves, and cardamom pods.

Step 2

Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Strain the tea to remove the spices and ginger. Add honey to the strained tea to sweeten it.

Step 4
