4 scoops vanilla ice cream 2 cups crushed cornflakes 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp butter Oil for deep frying Chocolate sauce for serving
Scoop the ice cream into balls, place them on a tray, and freeze until very firm.
Mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll each ice cream ball in the mixture and freeze again until set.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each ball for 8 to 10 seconds until golden.
Remove quickly, drizzle chocolate sauce on top, and serve immediately.
