Ferrero Rocher recipe recreates that iconic crackle as you bite through chocolate into a nutty, creamy centre. Each homemade piece feels rich, slightly messy, and dangerously easy to keep reaching for again.
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts 100 g melted chocolate 1/4 cup chocolate spread 1/2 cup crushed wafers 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Mix crushed wafers with chocolate spread until a thick, mouldable mixture forms.
Take small portions, place a hazelnut in the centre, and shape into balls.
Dip each ball into melted chocolate, ensuring a smooth, even coating.
Roll them lightly in cocoa powder or crushed nuts for extra texture.
Refrigerate until firm and set, then serve.
