Coriander chutney is a vibrant, tangy, and mildly spicy Indian condiment made from fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, and lemon juice. It adds a refreshing kick to snacks, sandwiches, and traditional Indian meals.
1 cup fresh coriander leaves ¼ cup mint leaves (optional) 2 green chillies 1 tsp lemon juice ½ inch ginger Salt to taste Water as needed
Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
Add leaves, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice, and salt to a blender.
Pour in a little water and grind to a smooth paste.
Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice before serving.
