A gingerbread latte brings together espresso, steamed milk and festive spices for a cosy holiday drink. The blend of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg gives it a warm sweetness that pairs beautifully with rich coffee. The aroma alone creates an instant festive mood.
1 cup milk 1 shot espresso or strong brewed coffee 1 tbsp gingerbread syrup or spice mix (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar) Whipped cream or extra cinnamon (optional)
Heat milk gently until warm and frothy.
Stir gingerbread syrup or spice mix into the hot milk until fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture over a shot of espresso and stir to combine.
Top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon for a festive touch.
