Biscoff fudge is known to be a delicious collaboration of white chocolate chips and Biscoff cookie butter. With the Christmas season just around the corner, try out this incredibly easy two-ingredient recipe, as it is ideal for winter holiday gifting.
1.5 cups of white chocolate chips 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
Start by preparing a small baking dish. Either line it with a baking sheet or grease it with some non-stick cooking spray.
Take the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for melting. Start by heating it for 30 seconds. After that, continue heating in 15-second intervals. Keep stirring in between until melted.
Next, slowly stir in the Biscoff cookie butter into the melted white chocolate. Keep mixing until the mixture is very well combined.
Now, scoop the mixture in small amounts into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth the surface. Put the baking tray in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Once out of the refrigerator, cut the Biscoff fudge into squares. Add some white chocolate chips on top for garnishing before packing them in gift boxes.
