A rich source of plant-based protein to your breakfast, sprouts chilla is a must-add to your day. To start your day on the right note, here’s how you can make healthy sprouts chilla at home.
1 cup mixed sprouts 1/4 cup besan 1/4 cup sooji 1/4 cup water 1-2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 2 tbsp fresh coriander 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Blend sprouts, water, chillies, and ginger into a paste.
Add besan, sooji, cumin, turmeric powder, and salt. Add a little water and make a smooth batter.
Stir in coriander leaves. Heat a pan and cook a ladleful of batter into a crispy chilla.
Drizzle some oil and cook for 2-3 minutes till golden brown. Serve with dahi and chutney.
