High-Protein Soya Chunks Sabzi You Must Try For Lunch

Soya chunks are one of the major protein sources for vegetarians and vegans, making them the perfect ingredient for your meals. To get the maximum protein content, make this soya chunks sabzi.

Ingredients

1 cup soya chunks 1 onion 1 tomato 2 garlic cloves 1 grated ginger 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste Cilantro for garnishing

Step 1

Soak the soya chunks in water till soft. After 20-25 minutes, drain the excess water and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, and ginger. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and chilli powder.

Step 3

Add chopped tomato and cook till it softens.

Step 4

Once you get a uniform tomato mixture, add the soaked soya chunks and mix.

Step 5

After coating all the soya chunks, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
