Sattu, a pantry staple in Bihari kitchens, is known for its protein content. If you’re a vegetarian trying to meet your protein goals, mix sattu atta into your paratha dough and have it for a high-protein breakfast.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup sattu ka atta 1 onion 2-3 green chillies 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp ajwain 1 tbsp mustard oil Salt to taste Water Ghee for cooking
Mix whole wheat flour with water and knead a soft dough.
Chop onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves and mix with sattu atta.
Add in the spices, mustard oil, salt, and a little water.
Roll the dough, add in the sattu mixture, seal the paratha, and roll again.
Cook the paratha with ghee and serve with dahi and achaar or chutney.
