A high protein paneer bowl is a wholesome dish made with sautéed paneer cubes, fresh vegetables, and cooked grains like quinoa or brown rice. It is filling, balanced, and designed for those who want a protein-rich meal.
1 cup paneer (cubed) ½ cup quinoa or brown rice (cooked) ½ cup capsicum (sliced) ½ cup broccoli florets (blanched) ¼ cup carrot (sliced) 2 tbsp spring onions (chopped) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp olive oil Salt to taste Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a pan, add paneer cubes and sauté until golden. Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, add capsicum, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Mix in paneer, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Serve over quinoa or brown rice and garnish with spring onions.
