Paneer bhurji, the classic North Indian dish, is an impeccable, protein-rich dish you can quickly add to your meal. Made with just paneer, chopped veggies, and spices, you can make it in 15 minutes.
200 grams paneer, crumbled 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 tomato 1-inch ginger 3-4 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing Oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Sauté onions till golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala.
Mix in crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with a roti.
