Many doctors suggest starting your day on a high note, a meal high in protein. An easy recipe that you can create during the rushed morning hours is an avocado toast. Note this guide to make cafe-style toast at home.
2 garlic cloves 4 bread slices 1 tbsp virgin olive oil 1 avocado ¼ tsp pepper ½ tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp lemon juice Salt as needed
Add salt, avocado, and a garlic clove to a bowl.
Mash the ingredients with a fork.
Chop a garlic clove and mix it with olive oil.
Grease a pan with olive oil and garlic, and toast bread slices in it.
Once the toast is crispy, add the avocado blend on it.
Sprinkle pepper, oregano, and lemon juice on the toast. Enjoy!
