Oats are a wise diet choice, while pistachios are crunchy, nutty and brimming with nutrients. And when you crave a healthy alternative to laddus, oats pistachio laddus are the best recipe to fix that!
1 cup of rolled oats 1 cup of unsalted pistachios, unshelled 1 cup of white chocolate chips 3 tablespoons ghee 1 teaspoon of rose essence 1 teaspoon of maple syrup 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom 2 tablespoons of edible dried rose petals
Roast the oats in a heated pan for 10-15 minutes. Keep it aside.
Roast the pistachios for 3-5 minutes, next.
In a food processor or blender, add chocolate chips, rose essence, ground cardamom and rose petals and ghee.
Pulse everything. Make sure the pistachios are still grainy. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add maple syrup.
Add the remaining rose petals, crushed. Begin to roll them into balls. Place them on a clean plate or tray.
Let it set. Transfer to an air-tight jar. Eat oats pistachio laddus whenever you want!
