Healthy Vegan Fruit Custard For Clean, Conscious Indulgence

The scorching heat will put your patience to the test. A fresh fruit custard is one of the most cherished summertime delights ever. Any time of the day is a good time to drink a cup!

Ingredients

1 cup of oat milk or almond milk 20 threads of saffron 3 bananas, sliced ½ tsp cardamom powder 1 cup coconut cream ½ cup coconut condensed milk 1 kiwi, chopped 1 mango, chopped ½ dragon fruit, chopped Grapes, chopped Pomegranate, peeled

Step 1

Heat oat milk or almondmilk until lukewarm. Turn off the heat. Add saffron threads.

Step 2

Stir gently. Let it soak for a good 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer saffron milk to the blender. Add bananas and cardamom powder. Blend into a smooth paste.

Step 5

Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl. Add coconut cream and coconut condensed milk.

Step 6

Mix it well. Add chopped kiwis, pomegranate, grapes and mangoes. Mix well.

Step 7

Cover the bowl and chill overnight. The next day, stir the fruit custard, and serve with extra fruits.
