Sprout Salad is a light and refreshing mix of sprouted legumes tossed with fresh vegetables, lemon juice, and mild spices. It is wholesome, protein-rich, and perfect for a healthy snack or side dish.

Ingredients

1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, moth, chana) 1 small cucumber (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (optional, chopped) 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped) ½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp roasted cumin powder Juice of 1 lemon Salt to taste

Step 1

Add sprouts, cucumber, tomato, onion, and chilli in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Sprinkle salt, cumin powder, and chaat masala.

Step 3

Squeeze lemon juice, toss gently, and garnish with coriander.
