1 cup ripe papaya cubes 1½ cups chilled milk 1 tbsp honey or sugar 1 pinch cardamom powder 3-4 ice cubes
Add ripe papaya cubes to a blender and pulse once to break them down smoothly.
Pour in chilled milk slowly, ensuring the papaya blends evenly without lumps.
Add honey or sugar, along with a pinch of cardamom, for gentle warmth.
Drop in ice cubes and blend again until creamy and frothy.
