Green grapes make a refreshing base for a quick fruit chaat thanks to their natural sweetness and juicy texture. When tossed with lemon juice, spices, and herbs, they develop the bold tangy flavour typical of Indian street snacks. Grapes are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, making this chaat both flavourful and nutritious. It works well as a light evening snack or summer appetiser.
2 cups green grapes halved 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander
Place the halved grapes in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt.
Toss gently so the grapes are evenly coated with spices.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
