Avocado sandwich is a delicious and healthy meal which is a combination of simplicity and flavour. It's a versatile option for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack! Here’s a quick and simple recipe for an avocado sandwich
2 slices of bread 1 ripe avocado 1 tbsp lime juice Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the avocado in half, mash it with a fork until it reaches the desired consistency, then mix in the lime juice and salt and pepper.
Toast the bread slices until they turn golden brown.
Spread the avocado and top as desired or with sliced tomatoes and feta cheese.
Close the sandwich with the second slice and serve!
