Healthy Corn Chaat You Must Make To Snack During Evenings

Are you looking for a quick and healthy snack to keep your evening cravings at bay? Instead of munching on a bag of chips, here’s an easy recipe to make corn chaat. Follow these 4 steps and snack guilt-free.

Ingredients

2 cups sweet corn kernels ½ onion 1/2 tomato 1/4 cup cucumber 1/4 cup cilantro 1-2 green chillies 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/4 tsp red chilli powder (optional) 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp lime juice Sev and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Step 1

Boil sweet corn kernels and chop all the vegetables.

Step 2

Mix them together and add all the spices and green chillies.

Step 3

Squeeze in lemon juice and toss well. Taste and adjust the seasonings as required.

Step 4

Garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
