Many kids at times are picky eaters and might often miss out on many essential nutrients as they prefer to indulge more in sugary and fatty foods. These banana pancakes on the other hand will completely change the game for you as they are inherently sweet because of the bananas while also packing a lot of nutrients and goodness of the oats.
1 cup rolled oats 1 ripe banana, mashed 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Butter or oil for cooking Toppings: sliced fruits, yoghurt, honey
Blend oats into flour. Mash banana. Gather eggs, milk, baking powder, and toppings.
Combine oat flour, mashed banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Grease the skillet with butter or oil. Heat over medium heat until hot.
Pour batter onto skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip.
Cook pancakes on the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer pancakes to a plate. Top with sliced fruits, yoghurt, honey, or maple syrup.
